After a happy morning spent celebrating lil guys 2nd birthday, we left him with his auntie and went to a friends for a beautiful dinner and a huge bottle tasting from their cellar. It was heavenly. Lots of Upright, BFM of years past, Stillwater, Schneider Weisse, Russian River, and too many others to count. I couldn’t keep up w Untapped. Which is fine because it was great company, idea sharing, dream building and happy friends. We ended with a 41%, palate crushing Sink the Bismarck. I could only handle a quick swirl!
